What’s in it for you?
Each year, we award a minimum of four $1,000 scholarships to outstanding students who are passionate about agriculture and actively involved in a GENEX cooperative member’s dairy or ranch. This is your chance to reduce the financial burden of post-secondary education and focus on becoming a leader in the ag industry.
Do You Qualify?
If you’re wondering whether you’re eligible to apply, here’s a simple checklist:
- Enrolled at a 4-year college, university, or 2-year technical college for the 2026-2027 academic year
- Pursuing a degree in agriculture or an ag-related field
- Affiliated with a GENEX cooperative member* by actively participating on a member’s dairy or ranch
- U.S. citizen or permanent resident
- Have not previously received a GENEX scholarship
How to Apply (It’s Easy!)
- 1. Download the application by clicking the button below.
- 2. Fill out the application and answer the short essay questions.
- 3. Then, send it in. Print and mail the completed application to the GENEX address listed on the cover sheet.
- 4. Application must be posted by March 27, 2026
*Cooperative members must reside in the USA, purchase a minimum of $500 in products and services from GENEX annually, and have submitted a membership application.
