We thank you for relying on us for your genetic and reproductive solutions and herd care products. We value the trust you have placed in your cooperative, and we will do all we can to maintain that trust amid the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation.

Focusing on Customer and Employee Safety

The health and safety of our members, customers and employees is of utmost importance, and therefore, we are doing our part to help contain the spread of the virus.

GENEX representatives are continuing to conduct farm visits to deliver semen and products and breed cows while taking precautions to keep you, your family and your farm team members safe. These actions include proactive good hygiene practices, no high-touch interactions like handshakes, and maintaining safe distances during conversation. If a GENEX employee should become ill, he or she will be self-isolated until fully recovered.

To further prevent disease transmission, your cooperative has made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel or postpone upcoming meetings and events, including member appreciation meetings and the cooperative’s annual meeting.

To limit face-to-face communication and thereby help prevent disease transmission, feel free to communicate with your GENEX representative regarding semen and product needs prior to their visit.
